All this with a modern and rich user interface and user experience, taking advantage of Kony s mobile-first experience and capabilities. The Order Execution application optimizes your staff while performing daily work-fixing problems. The app increases efficiency and effectiveness of the team while providing unique and real-time connection and collaboration between back office users using SAP and field force using the app. As a consequence, companies are capable to provide a higher level service and improve customer satisfaction. In this last version, we added: - Pending Work: enables your field team to pick available work by themselves - Extended Attributes: add new fields dynamically to your own app - Settings
